Another #URNotCancelled Post

As we find ourselves disrupted from our usual routines and disconnected from our sources of support, Bold joins many other media outlets and artists in sharing performances and messages from the arts world. We encourage you to send us your music, comedy, art, and videos -particularly if you’ve had a production cancelled or postponed. Stay safe, safe connected and stay Bold!

When Bold started the “You Are Not Cancelled” series, we imagined it as an opportunity to provide a “virtual stage” to artists who had to cancel or postpone live performances due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This story is particularly special, as it highlights an extraordinary performer who decided, in the midst of uncertain time, to devote her talents to supporting first responders and essential workers. The result is incredible.
Paulina Yeung is a singer and actress based in NYC. She was recently touring in the UK with “The King and I”, which was then cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
A message from the artist:“This video was created with the aim of spreading positivity during these challenging times. We wanted to honor all of the frontliners out there and to remind people that they are not fighting this battle alone.”
